Return Policy

At Marshal Wallet, we take great pride in the quality of our genuine leather products. Every item is carefully inspected before it leaves our warehouse to ensure it meets our high standards of craftsmanship and quality.

Because we are a wholesale supplier, all sales made through www.marshalwallet.com are final.

If you believe you have received a defective or damaged item, you must notify us by email at info@marshalwallet.com within three (3) business days of receiving your shipment. Please include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defective item to help us evaluate your claim quickly.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) Number along with return instructions. No returns will be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number.

To qualify for a replacement or credit:

  • The item must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging.
  • The returned merchandise must match the item originally shipped.

Claims submitted after the three-business-day period cannot be accepted. Likewise, products that have been used, altered, damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or returned without their original packaging will not qualify for replacement, repair, or credit. Any item determined to have been damaged through misuse rather than a manufacturing defect will be returned to the customer, and no refund or replacement will be issued.
